25 years building at the intersection of strategy, technology, and human systems across professional services, real estate, recruitment, education, and healthcare. These are industries where AI adoption is high-stakes, heavily regulated, and organizationally complex.

She built her first AI chatbot system in 2000, choosing emerging technology over med school, and began her career as a web developer. She has been working at the frontier of intelligent systems ever since. Today she leads Stein+Partners and serves as Board Member and Chair of Governance & Expansion at the US PropTech Council. She is a founding member of Women Applying AI, Chair of the Health and Environment Subcommittee for the Massport Community Advisory Council, and an advisor to emerging startups at Wentworth Institute of Technology Accelerate.
